Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

Orders including chain: Unfortunately, we are unable to use couriers to ship continuous lengths of chain weighing over 28kg, due to parcel weight restrictions.

We therefore provide two different carriage options for orders including chain weighing over 28kg:

• If you require your chain to be supplied as one continuous length, your order will need to be shipped on a pallet.
• If you are happy for your chain to be cut into smaller lengths (each weighing less than 28kg), we can ship it via courier at a lower cost to you. To use this option, please indicate your desired cutting list in the cart notes when placing your order.
  

Express Carriage: Express Delivery is available in mainland England, Wales & Scottish Lowlands. Please use the drop down menu under Shipping Options and select Express Delivery. The following timing cut-offs apply to Express Delivery orders:

• Orders placed before 1:30pm: ALL orders placed before 1:30pm will be despatched on the day of the order on a next working day delivery service.
• Orders placed between 1:30pm and 3pm: we endeavour to despatch orders placed between 1:30pm and 3pm on the same day as the order but this is not always possible and is dependant on which products are being ordered. If timing is critical, please call 01460 220906 to find out if it will be possible to same day despatch a particular product after 1:30pm.
• Orders placed after 3pm: ALL orders placed after 3pm will be despatched the following day an a next working day delivery service.

Economy Carriage: In order to offer our economy carriage rates, sometimes we have to move goods around internally between depots before they are shipped. You will still receive your order within the stated times below.

1-5 Day Courier Delivery: Orders placed before 1.30pm should arrive within 1-5 working days from the date of the order. Orders placed after 1.30pm should arrive within 1-5 working days from the day after the order. 

Up to 7 Day Postal Delivery: Please allow 7 working days from clearance of payment for delivery. Typically this is much quicker.

International/Channel Island Deliveries: Unfortunately, we do not ship to the Channel Islands or abroad.

Northern Ireland: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland.

Pallets: Please note that orders that have to be shipped on pallets can only be delivered to consistently manned sites.

 

LATE ORDERS:

If you have not received an order within the time estimated in your order confirmation email, please contact us ASAP. Couriers will investigate lost orders for a maximum of 14 days after expected delivery date.

 

DAMAGED, SHORT AND INCORRECT ORDERS :

Please check your order upon delivery. Damaged deliveries must be reported immediately. Short/incorrect orders must be reported within 7 working days.
