Ordering & Payment
Ordering:
Ordering could not be simpler - choose the item you want to buy, then use the drop down tools to select the size, colour, finish, etc. that you require.
Next, use the quantity tab to select how many you require then click 'Add to Basket'. You will now have this product in your basket where you can then view and amend, or you can continue shopping from where you are.
Once you have added all the items you want to buy, you can either click through to the checkout page from the shopping basket or click the checkout button at the top of the page.
You will now be asked to fill in your details (unless you are already signed in as an existing customer). Please note, at this point, you can add a company name that will then ensure you receive a VAT invoice for your accounts. You can also add a separate delivery address as well as any special delivery instruction in the the additional notes box. The additional notes box can be used for supplying cutting instruction when ordering chain or wire.
Once all details are completed, you can either click through to the payment terminal and enter your payment details, or you can pay by PayPal by clicking the PayPal button to sign in to your PayPal account.
Once you have processed your payment you will receive a confirmation of your order by email.

We now accept most credit and credit cards. Payment is made via Sage Pay or Paypal. Neither payment method will incur any further charges.
