The dimensions for products are shown in the specification table. The drawing that correlates to the dimensions is shown to the left of the table, but, if you prefer a bigger picture, it is always the second picture at the top.

You can only use products that come with a test certificate for lifting. The product page will tell you if the product comes with certification. If you are at all unsure please contact our friendly technical staff.

Once your order has been picked for despatch a test certificate is generated and will be emailed to the email address you have provided. This will normally be within 24 hours, but if you have a more urgent requirement for a certificate please contact us.

We do not provide any material certification for our products.

Our website is constantly being updated according to the stock that we actually have so if you can add an item to your basket, we will nearly always have the item in stock. Rarely, we have a stocking anomaly which means an item is showing as in stock on the website but we actually don't have any. If this happens, we will do our best to source the items elsewhere or contact you as soon as possible to let you know there is a problem with your order.

If you are looking to purchase a large quantity of any given product it is worth checking with our sales team before ordering.

We can supply short samples of webbing FOC, but do not supply samples of any hardware. We  are very happy to accept orders for single items for trial purposes and offer a postal shipping option to keep the cost down.

We endeavour to take images of our actual products where possible and try to reflect the true colour. But we do find the colour varies dependant on your screen settings and also the light and camera settings when the images are taken. If you are unsure about a colour and it is critical, please contact our technical team for more help.

With the exception of our polyester webbing which is made in the UK most of our products are made in China or India. However, we are continually looking for UK manufacturers - where it is viable we will buy British.

All 316 stainless steel products have a small bit of carbon in them which will make them slightly magnetic. The more an item is worked into the manufacturing process can also add to the effect as the molecules are more lined up. We have seen this, for example, on our stainless steel rigging screws on which the heads are quite magnetic. To get something that is truly non-magnetic you will need to look for 316L or Zero Carbon Stainless Steel.
